ERIN WILLGREN
ASSOCIATE PRODUCER
Erin Willgren is an associate producer and executive assistant with a background spanning film and television development, production, and post-production. With over a decade of experience supporting top-level creatives and production teams, Willgren brings a highly organized, intentional, and detail-driven approach to executive operations and creative collaboration across scripted television and feature film projects.
Currently at 26 Keys, Willgren serves as Associate Producer and Executive Assistant to Noah Hawley, where she supports the CEO’s day-to-day operations while managing complex executive and production schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel, interfacing with studios, networks and other creative partners, and providing development and production support across all projects led by Hawley.
Willgren began her career on film sets in Louisiana before making her way to Los Angeles, where she joined Windowseat Entertainment as Coordinator of Development & Production. During her tenure at Windowseat, she served as Co-Producer on Kook and Associate Producer on The Bachelors. Most recently, Willgren supported the Showrunner and Executive Producers on ABC’s High Potential from pilot through production. Her earlier credits also include HBO’s Perry Mason and Barry, Netflix’s The OA: Part II, ABC’s Wicked City, and Fantastic Four (2015).
Erin is thrilled to continue her career at 26 Keys, supporting one of our industry’s leading creatives producing global television and film projects, all while supporting Texas’ growing production landscape and enjoying the nostalgic comforts of her home town of Austin.
